Piqo.ai (“Piqo”) helps you track what you eat. To do that we store the information you give us: your account details, profile (such as goals, height, weight, allergies and food preferences), meal photos and logs, water and weight check-ins, and your conversations with the Piqo assistant.
How we use it
We use your data to provide the service: estimating nutrition from photos, calculating targets, flagging allergens, sending reminders and personalizing suggestions. Meal photos and messages may be processed by our AI provider solely to deliver these features.
Delivery orders you import
If you forward food order receipts to your Piqo address or upload an order history export from a delivery app, we read the restaurant, items, time and total of each food order so you can log meals without a photo and so Piqo can learn your tastes. Emails that aren't food order receipts are discarded. We never ask for your delivery app password. We also study restaurant popularity across all members in aggregate, to decide which restaurants to work with; those statistics never identify you.
What we share
We do not sell your personal data. Your meals, calories and weight are private to you. Friends you connect with see only your weekly consistency score.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your logs at any time, and request deletion of your account and data.
